Shipping Policy

HWJ Electric ships industrial electrical equipment and surplus inventory throughout the United States.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight, package size, destination, and available shipping service.

Larger, heavier, or oversized items may require special handling or freight shipping. If additional arrangements are required, we will contact you before shipment.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the label is created.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by HWJ Electric. Carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If an item appears to have been damaged during shipping, contact HWJ Electric promptly and retain the item, original packaging, and shipping materials while the issue is reviewed.

Photos of the item and packaging may be requested to assist with a carrier damage claim.
